The following Open Meets are being run by other clubs.
Important change to entries - please note
As more and more open meets are made available and are licensed, it has been decided whilst we would like to give all swimmers the opportunity to enter their preferred galas it is not possible for a coach to be present at each one.
We would ask therefore, if you enter direct to an open meet please can you email Tracy Copping, Welfare Officer

so she can monitor how many entries there are and if necessary arrange for an appropriate adult to be present on poolside.
To be held on 21st and 22nd April 2012 at Woodside, Horseshoe Lane, Watford, WD25 7HH.
Closing date for entries through Stevenage Swimming Club Friday 2nd March.
Please note that SSC coach will not attend this gala unless there is a significant presence at each session, a coach pass will ordered for a pool side helper.
Borough of Waltham Forest
If you fancy Easter on Pool side, why not enter the Borough of Waltham Forest Gala on 7th and 8th April. Please enter directly, advising the club welfare officer

On Friday 3rd Feb, I will be in the cafe area collecting and entering forms, please sit with me and check your entries as I type them in. If you have galas over the weekend of 4/5th or 11/12th Feb, please complete the form on Friday 3rd and identify the events which you have entered. If you cannot attend on Friday 3rd, please provide forms before this date, not after. Late entries cannot be accepted because I have a busy time at work during this same period.
